SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship within 2 business days once payment is realized. We use reputed courier companies for normal shipment and India Post’s Speed post to access areas that may be off the commercial courier grid. Delivery is by road transport, but we do airfreight urgent orders, on request, at additional charges. Delivery by road takes anywhere between 3 days to 8 days. While we do follow up with couriers, the actual time taken is not within our control. Delivery timelines are generally indicative and not accurate. As such, we request buyers plan their purchases well in advance of trips. Goods are shipped with tax invoices. All additional charges of Octroi, Entry taxes etc. that are region or state specific are to be borne by buyers and paid to the courier.
