Description
Rackless Systems allow adventure riders to travel light yet carry enough luggage and off-road gear to ride and live out in the open country. It allows bikes to be lighter – sans heavy steel pannier frames.
The ERUPT RACKLESS system is designed to carry luggage on adventure bikes in the traditional 3 bag system – 2 side panniers and a tail bag, without pannier frames or saddle stays of and keep luggage safely and securely tethered to the bike and positioned away from moving parts and hot exhaust pipes – we strongly recommend the use of heat shields, more than one, if need be!
Ergonomically designed and constructed out of laser cut double layered HYPALON and 800 GSM backing PVC Raft Tarp fabric, industrial webbings, and fittings, these are designed to carry your ride supplies over road and off-road terrain, without adding the additional weight of metal pannier frames.

Brilliant luggage system with no racks/saddle stays. Great construction and a lot of tech has gone in to make this system the best of choice. Felt the product on par with the global competitors (Mosko/Kreiga)

I use the ERUPT RACKLESS – V 2.0 with XWide base on a KTM 1190ADV, to proper mount it I had to remove the rear/pillion handles. Overall Quality of the Bags is really good, materials, sewing, straps and buckles (metal in some places) are of reliable good quality. On a 4700+ km trip from Germany all down the Balkans towards Greece I only checked the sit/fit of the system once at the first gasoline-stop, nothing had ever come loose or had to be re-tightened. Doing lots of unpaved roads and tracks, riding in rain, snow, heavy mud, dust, sun, suffering bike tip-overs on gravel – nothing could harm the Bags. They’ve just some minor wear-marks now. You can really stuff the inner waterproof bags and they’ll always fit into the harnesses (good!), yet the middle-strap could be a bit longer (length doesn’t fit when bags are ~overcrowded). The two side-straps to the waterproof bags will always be good enough to hold and fix them proper. The auxiliary Pockets are good and functional as well, even when they need an (supplied along) inner waterproof bag. All Molle webbing has held up well carrying a Camping Chair, Bottle holder and a Tool Bag attached to the holsters. Overall a great versatile modular Luggage system. With handling, shipping, Custom duties and Tax it has cost me ~260€ to hold it in my hands in Germany within only a week after purchase.
I can absolutely recommend the Luggage System and Dirtsack as a quality Manufacturer. I would and will buy here again.
