Warranty

All Dirtsack products, excluding hard luggage, are covered by an Industry first 3 years Limited Liability Warranty. We stand tall behind the renowned quality and craftsmanship we’re known for.  Being riders, we also appreciate the unpredictability of terrain and conditions on rides and the toll they take on man machinery and equipment. If a Dirtsack reaches you with a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the bag at our discretion. We do not cover Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations or repairs, any customization or personalization, accidental damage, burns, melt downs and damage from abrasion from contact with wheels or other moving parts.

Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the bag (such as scratches or stained fabrics) we look at with scorn…a little grease or engine oil never bothered a biker! Any damage to the contents of a bag or loss of the same, loss of time, or similar expenses is not covered under warranty. All material used on your Dirtsack, be it fabric, webbing, plastic components etc., will deteriorate with age and prolonged use. Any damage resulting from the same is not covered under warranty. The liability of Dirtsack, in case of accepted warranty claims, is limited under all circumstances only to costs of repairs or credit of the original invoice value of the said Dirtsack product.   

Not sure if you fit the bill? Have the bag inspected by the dealer you bought it from or send us a bunch of pictures that highlight the problem clearly.

 

Warranty Policy Details

If your bag qualifies for repair/replacement under warranty, all you need to do is to get it to us – postage paid by you. Once the product is received along with proof of purchase, we will evaluate the claim asap. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will replace or repair your product at our discretion. We provide credit notes on accepted warranty claims for actual expense incurred in shipping goods to us, upto INR 500 only. This facility is for addresses within India only. We do not have a collection or reverse shipping facility for addresses outside India. Customers from all other countries need to bear shipping charges to send goods to us and collect the same from us, post repairs or replacement under warranty.

In case a product is out of stock or in production, we may recommend a similar product as a replacement. When sending your bag to us for a warranty claim we recommend using a reputed courier service that provides a secure tracking number and door delivery. We are not responsible for goods lost in transit and no claims for any compensation for the same shall be entertained. Once your bag is safely in our hands the warranty process will begin. We have a formidable reputation for providing service beyond customer expectations, we are riders and take pride in what we do. We promise to be fair and prompt regarding warranty matters. We expect the same from you.

By buying a DIRTSACK product, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the warranty policy of DIRTSACK.
