RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Thanks very much for choosing to ride with a Dirtsack. You had options, we’re aware, some way cheaper! So, we’re thrilled to be your choice. Likewise, we believe you have a right to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of the product you have purchased – either on account of material or workmanship, you can return the product, unused and in its original packing, with proof of purchase, within 7 days of purchase to the dealer you purchased the product from, for a full refund. No questions asked! All we insist on is that the product should not have been used at all. The dealer shall have sole discretion to decide on the same. In case of online purchases directly from Dirtsack, please do get in touch with us before sending your product over. We recommend using a reputed courier service that provides a secure tracking number and door delivery. Once your bag is safely in our hands and we’re convinced the product has not been used the refund process will be initiated.
We have stringent quality control checks in place. However, if you notice a defect in the purchased product, do notify us immediately. We have such products collected and replaced simultaneously at no cost to the customer. Unused products can also be exchanged for color, size or simply any other product from our store, within 15 days from the date of purchase. Products need to be returned – unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Shipping in such cases is borne by the customer.
If due to unavoidable circumstances the order is not shipped the order shall be cancelled and refunded. We shall credit the amt paid on the original purchase to the same account used while making the purchase.
